Melinda Moolman is an NMC Registered Nurse and Midwife. She is also qualified in Psychiatry and Community Care. Melinda worked in Clinical healthcare in both the UK and South Africa for over 15 years. She became involved in the recruitment of healthcare professionals in 1997 when she launched MMA Recruitment.

Revolutionary new approach to medical recruitment launched by MMA e-Recruitment

MMA e-Recruitment has launched a revolutionary new approach to medical recruitment.
For a flat fee of £695 the company will advertise, screen, shortlist and deliver a quality selection of candidates, or return the client's money.

Once the client has submitted their vacancy by phone or on-line, MMA e-Recruitment will market the vacancy across all the main job advertising platforms, including the numerous job boards. MMA e-Recruitment manages the screening of CV's and application forms. They interview candidates by telephone and, where appropriate, will proactively head hunt additional candidates. Only the the most suitable candidates are submitted. The client is free to contact candidates directly and to arrange interviews.
