We hosted Day Trip to Giant’s Causeway with our international nurses
MMA Healthcare Recruitment organized an excursion for 85 International Nurses to Northern Ireland’s Beautiful Giants Causeway on April 1st to celebrate Spring. The event brought together nurses from different parts of the world who are currently working in Northern Ireland, providing them with an opportunity to connect, network, and share their experiences of living and working in the UK. This day the trip allowed them to take a break from their busy schedules and explore one of Northern Ireland’s most popular tourist destinations.
Melinda Moolman, the CEO of MMA Healthcare Recruitment, expressed her happiness in hosting such a wonderful event for the nurses. She highlighted the selflessness of the nurses in giving up their lives back home to work in the UK healthcare system and acknowledged their hard work and bravery in providing essential care to patients. The trip started with a bus ride from Belfast to the Giant’s Causeway, where the group enjoyed a refreshing hike and took in the breathtaking views of the coastline while learning about the natural wonder’s history and science. The excursion concluded with a traditional tea and scones at The Hedges Hotel, where the nurses continued to bond and share their experiences. The day ended with a group photo and the bus ride back to Belfast, with all nurses expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to take part in the event.
