The staff teams as well as the residents come from a wealth of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. It’s what makes the homes such a lively and exciting place to live and work. They welcome applications from clinical staff from EU and non-EU countries who have a good standard of written and spoken English and are happy to support you with relocation. They’ll create an induction programme specifically for you, which may include elements like communication and culture and delivering personal care to residents.
