Four Seasons has 350 care homes across the UK, but each one specialises in providing safe, high quality care for every resident.

Four Seasons offer a range of different types of care, such as nursing, residential, intermediate, specialist dementia care, and more. Their compassionate staff support residents and their families through every stage of care, from help with everyday living to bespoke nursing care for those who need more looking after.

Four Seasons staff have to be special to do the jobs they do. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding. In recognition of this, Four Seasons Health Care have developed a comprehensive training and development programme. This ensures they attract the best teams and keep them.

All newly appointed team members complete a thorough induction programme delivered by an experienced team within the home. The training team co-ordinate all practical technical training to ensure individuals have the necessary mandatory training before they start work. In addition to this, Four Seasons employ a number of care quality facilitators in each region who provide specialist training and support.
